2018 Jul. Toray completes purchase of shares in TenCate Advanced Composites Holding B.V. and TenCate Advanced Composites USA, Inc. and established in the U.S.
2019 Mar. TenCate Advanced Composites changes its business brand name to Toray Advanced Composites. TenCate Performance Composites, a subsidiary of TenCate Advanced Composites, subsequently changes its business brand name to Toray Performance Materials Corporation.
